WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDERTurnaround time varies for every product we offer. To view the timeframe for a specific product, head to the "FAQs" section in the product info. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will notify you through the email and phone number you provided.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?We usually send a visual draft before we start crafting your orders. Please let us know if there are changes in the color, quantity and size.

PLACING AN ORDERTo order, browse through our website: www.yumenui.com and select the keepsake you’d like to have made. Follow the prompts to customize your order as needed. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details. Wait for our confirmation email. Transfer the payment through any of the channels provided and send us a copy of the proof of payment. Once your payment is verified you will receive a guide on how to prepare and ship your clothing to us.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUSOnce you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After we receive your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation and other instructions about your order. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, please email us at hello@yumenui.com to verify your email address.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?If you have a Yumenui account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERKindly note that once you have confirmed your order, due to the highly personalized nature of our product, we may no longer be able to cancel your order upon request.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?We cannot accept personalised items back unless they are actually faulty. Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive and the final item may well not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEEThe shipping fee depends on product size and weight and your location. We ship our orders via: LBC (Door to door) Grab (Same day delivery) Shipping fee is calculated after we complete your order and a separate bill will be sent to you for the total shipping fee. Please pay accordingly to avoid delays in delivery.

NO ONE TO RECEIVE AT HOME. CAN I PICK UP IN ANY LBC BRANCH?We will confirm your availability before we deliver your orders. Incase you are not available to receive and wish to pickup your order in the nearest LBC Branch to you, please let us know so we can update your shipping address.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?Shipping costs for sending clothes to and from our studio are the responsibility of the client.
