All shipments are delivered door to door unless area is inaccessible by any of our available couriers. In any case that courier cannot accommodate the shipping address, this will be dropped off at the nearest courier branch for pick up. We will send you a text message in case your parcel needs to be picked up.

Once your orders are ready for pick up, we will provide you with the total shipping fee depending on the total weight of your order and your shipping address. Kindly settle right away so we can dispatch your package to the courier. Please note that shipping times excludes processing time, which is indicated under the description page of each product.

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of your parcel. Kindly keep track of your tracking number for any shipping concerns.
